Inventory

Inventory is how many of each product you have that you can sell in your store.

Why managing your inventory is important:

  • Avoid overselling: It helps you make sure you don't sell more units than you actually have.

  • Time to restock: By watching your inventory, you'll know when it's time to get more of a certain product.

  • Too much inventory: It shows you if you have too much of something, so you can decide what to do next.

How to use the inventory page when you have no products yet

In your Popup admin, you can access the Inventory page on the left hand side bar to view and adjust your inventory quantity, create inventory transfers, and enable inventory tracking.

Filter inventory by location

Steps

  1. In the Popup admin, go to Inventory, then click Filters.
  2. Tap Select location and choose the specific location.
  3. Click Confirm.
  4. The inventory for the chosen location will appear on the Inventory page.

Filter inventory by Popup Store

Steps

  1. In the Popup admin, go to Inventory, then click Filters.
  2. Click Select channel and choose your desired channel.
  3. Click Confirm
  4. The changes will show under the Sales channel column.

Adjust the inventory quantity for a product

Steps

  1. In the Popup admin, go to Inventory, then click Filters.
  2. Click Select channel.
  3. Click the three horizontal dots icon, then Adjust inventory quantity.
  4. Select Location. Add preferred details for Available, Adjust by, then select the Reason.
  5. Click Confirm.
