Create a Lead Journey

Capture leads with a Lead Journey. You can find inspiration in our library of Journey Blueprints.

Create a Lead page

Follow these steps after entering the Journey Builder from the Popup admin > Popup Store > Edit Popup Store.

Steps

1. Click the + and click or drag and drop a Page on the canvas.
2. Create a template for this Page by pressing Click to add a template.
3. Select Create new template.
4. Name this template. You can use a naming convention to make things clean and simple. For example:
   [Journey type] | [Campaign name] | [Page purpose]
   Lead | Valentine's Day | Lead capture
5. Click Save.

Complete a Lead Journey

When your visitors click submit on the lead form, Popup automatically moves them to the next page in the Journey. Without completing this Journey, your new leads will be sent to a 404 page.

Follow these steps to complete the Journey.

Steps

1. Click the + and click or drag and drop a Page on the canvas.
2. Create a template for this Page by pressing Click to add a template.
3. Select Create new template.
4. Name this template. You can use a naming convention to keep it simple. For example:
   [Journey type] | [Campaign name] | [Page type]
   Lead | Valentine's | Thank you
5. Click Save.
6. Follow our guide to design pages in the Template Editor. 

Alternatively, you can have your leads move to another page to sell them your products after they express interest. To do this, follow our guide on creating a Sales Journey.

Preview a Popup Store

Preview your store by navigating to the Popup admin > Popup Store > more options icon and select Preview.
