To get a complete summary of your orders, you can save a CSV spreadsheet from the Orders page in your Popup admin. This file contains all the important details about your orders.
Export orders
You can export orders with their transaction histories or export only the transaction histories. The exported transaction histories include captured payments data, but not authorization data.
Steps

From the Orders page, click Actions > Export orders.

In the Export orders window, choose the order details to include.

Select a file format to export as: Plain CSV or CSV for spreadsheet programs.
The bigger the export, the more time it takes. If you have less than 100,000 items, it could be done in under an hour. If you have 300,000 items, it might take up to 3 hours.
