The Tag Customer Action assigns a tag to orders processed through a checkout that the Tag Customer Action is connected to. This allows you to identify orders processed on a specific Journey. You can filter orders by tags in the Orders section of the admin.

Add a Tag Order Action
Steps
- From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
- Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
- Click the Add (+) icon.
- Select Actions.
- Click on New Actions and select Add Actions.
- Click Tag order.
- Enter the name of the tag and press enter.
Delete a Tag Order Action
Steps
- From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
- Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
- Select the Tag Order Action you wish to remove.
- On the left-hand side, click Tag Order.
- Click the 3 horizontal dots, then select Delete Action.
