Tag Order

The Tag Customer Action assigns a tag to orders processed through a checkout that the Tag Customer Action is connected to. This allows you to identify orders processed on a specific Journey. You can filter orders by tags in the Orders section of the admin.

Add a Tag Order Action

Steps

  1. From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
  2. Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
  3. Click the Add (+) icon.
  4. Select Actions.
  5. Click on New Actions and select Add Actions
  6. Click Tag order.
  7. Enter the name of the tag and press enter.

Delete a Tag Order Action

Steps

  1. From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
  2. Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
  3. Select the Tag Order Action you wish to remove.
  4. On the left-hand side, click Tag Order.
  5. Click the 3 horizontal dots, then select Delete Action.
