Tagging customers

The Tag Customer Action tags leads and customers after they take certain actions in your Journey, such as completing a purchase, submitting a form, or moving to the next step in the Journey. You can filter these customers under the customer section in the Popup admin.

Add a Tag Customer Action

Steps

  1. From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
  2. Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
  3. Click the Add (+) icon.
  4. Select Actions.
  5. Click on New Actions and select Add Actions. 
  6. Click Tag customer.
  7. Enter the name of the tag and press enter.

Delete a Tag Customer Action

Steps

  1. From the Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
  2. Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
  3. Select the Tag Customer Action you wish to remove.
  4. On the left-hand side, click Tag Customer.
  5. Click the 3 horizontal dots, then select Delete Action.
