The order status page is the final page your customers are sent after checkout and shows your customers the following:
- Order number and confirmation
- Customer information such as contact details and shipping address
- Link to contact your business for more information
- Links to your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
About order status pages
Customers can go to the order status page to see their order and tracking details. When you add tracking information to orders and mark orders as fulfilled, this information will show up on the order status page. The order confirmation emails you send contain order information and a link to view the order status page.
