Order Status page

An Order Status page is added to a Journey to confirm that the customer's order has been placed and to provide them with additional information such as estimated delivery dates and tracking numbers. It assures customers that their order has been received and is being processed, which can help improve customer satisfaction and reduce inquiries about order status.

Order Status page placement

The Order Status page is placed at the end of a Journey after the Checkout page to confirm the order and provide customers with additional information. However, there are no outputs on Order Status pages, meaning you cannot direct customers to additional pages after the Order Status page in the Journey.

Add an Order Status page

Steps

  1. From your Popup admin, select a Popup Store.
  2. Click Edit Popup Store to access the Journey Builder.
  3. Click the Add (+) icon and select Order Status page.
